Terranova Vitamin D3 1000iu Vitamin K2 50ug Complex is a unique combination of Vitamin D3 and K2 with MAGNIFOOD blend including Pumpkin Seed, Shiitake Mushroom, Kale & Parsley. The synergistic effect of all components maximises the absorption, bioavailability and hence the efficacy of the products. It is the only vitamin that is produced solely in our bodies, particularly our skin to the effect of sun and UV radiation in the most active form of D3, the cholecalciferol. However, the percentage of subjects with a lack of D3 even in countries with intense sunlight are rising alarmingly. Suitable for vegans, people that are not often exposed to the sun, middle-aged and elderly women in menopause.

How to Use
