Key Ingredients
- Honeybush is indigenous to the Cape Floristic Region of South Africa. These sweet bushes have a long history of use by the Khoi and San people who revered its use for immuno-supporting properties and respiratory health. Antioxidants are responsible for everything from reducing signs of aging on the skin and supporting immune function to removing toxins.

How to Use
1tsp of Honeybush Chai per cup. Using freshly boiled water, allow to steep for between 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength and add (plant) milk to taste. Or for a more wholesome brew, bring to boil in 220ml of (plant) milk and gently simmer for 5 minutes. Drink mindfully for the full experience.
