What it is
Viridian ViriKid Multivitamin & Mineral is at last, a kids' formula without added nasties. No added sugar, aspartame or other sweeteners, no added colourings, flavourings, binders (glues), coatings, hidden ingredients or gimmicks! Named 'Best Children's Multi' by Dr Alex Richardson in the Daily Mail newspaper.

How to Use
As a food supplement, take one to three Viridian ViriKid Multivitamin & Mineral capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. The capsules can be opened and mixed into juice or yoghurt, do not mix into something hot as this will destroy the nutrients. Please note: The powder may blacken on opening and contact with moisture due to the iron reacting, this is perfectly fine.
Age 2 to 6 years - one capsule daily.
Age 7 to 13 years - two capsules daily.
Age 14+ - three capsules daily, or switch to Viridian High Five multivitamin & minerals.
