Key Ingredients
- Magnesium promotes a healthy nervous system and affects the coordination of nerves and muscles. It is essential for use of vitamins B1 and B6 and it activates more enzymes in the body than any other mineral. Deficiency may lead to premenstrual tension, muscle cramps, insomnia, palpitations, tremor of hands and lower limbs, tiredness, irritability and cardiovascular problems.
- Calcium promotes healthy teeth, gums and bones, It is also important in the maintenance of regular heartbeat and in the transmission of nerve impulses. Deficiency can cause bone and teeth problems, muscle cramps, spasms, high blood pressure, nervousness, insomnia and joint pain
- Vitamin D3 sometimes referred to as the sunshine vitamin is produced naturally in the skin when exposed to UVB. It contributes to the normal function of muscles and the immune system. Although classified as a vitamin D3, it cleverly transforms into a hormone in the body and circulates in the bloodstream to help in the absorption of calcium and phosphorous. 
- Zinc helps to heal and repair skin. People low in zinc are prone to scarring and stretch marks.
