How to Use
For a 10 day Detox take 3 capsules in the morning. Wait 30 minutes before eating. Then take 3 capsules in the evening with a large glass of water at least 1-2 hours after eating. Ensure you drink 8 large glasses of water every day. For maintenance or first time detox take 3 capsules at night.
