EU Delivery Updates

From 1 July 2021, all EU-based orders outside of the UK, with value of €150 or less, are no longer expected to pay customs fees when the order is delivered.

Placing orders for delivery to the Europe Union after Brexit?

You can still place your orders and shop as normal. We are taking every possible measure to ensure your shopping experience remains unaffected.

Will I be liable to pay duty or customs charges or duties on my order?

Orders to EU countries (please see exceptions below) will be via IOSS and therefore there will be no additional customs fees to pay for orders under €150.

Our customers will be charged the full VAT of the total order value at the checkout. The VAT rate applied will be the one applicable to the relevant EU state, where the order is being delivered to.

Will this be applied to everyone?

It will apply to all orders that meet the following criteria:

  • Order value has to be €150 or below
  • The order has to be delivered to EU Member State countries.
  • The €150 threshold is exclusive of tax and is only applicable to the value of goods (excluding shipping costs).

What happens if the order is over €150?

Since January 1st 2021, orders over €150 are subject to duties and import VAT. Please contact Customer Support at [email protected], to arrange a VAT refund with the relevant documents.
