Tata Harper Illuminating Eye Creme deeply hydrates the eye area as well as providing sheer coverage, so it’s great for wearing on its own but can also be worn over concealer. It also doubles as a natural illuminating eye shadow when applied on the eyelid.

How to Use
Apply Tata Harper Illuminating Eye Creme around the entire eye area - upper and lower lids. For added radiance, lightly press into skin on top of concealer. Use AM & PM.
