This includes all personal information and order history previously held by Naturisimo, which will continue to be managed with the highest standards of security, accountability, and protection. The first time that you log into your account on Oh My Cream you will need to reset your password. Please click here to do so

Your loyalty account has now been transferred to Oh My Cream. Your Naturisimo points balance has been converted to Oh My Cream's points.

At Oh My Cream you earn 1 point for every £1 spend, compared to Naturisimo 5 points for every £1 spent. As part of the transfer your points have been divided by 5. So if you notice a drop in your points this will be why.

Earn points with every purchase on the website or in-store (£1 = 1 point).

Once you have the below levels of points you can redeem them for a voucher giving you money off your next purcase.

100 points = £5 off (min spend of £20)
250 points = £10 off (min spend of £35)
500 points = £20 off (min spend of £70)
1000 points = £40 off (min spend £100)

The shipping costs for all Naturisimo orders placed up until 19 May 2025 will remain unchanged, including FREE UK delivery on orders over £30.

Naturisimo.com will continue to operate until 19 May 2025. All orders placed on Naturisimo.com up to 23:59 on 19 May 2025 will be fulfilled as usual and delivered within the standard delivery timeframe. In accordance with naturisimo's T&Cs, returns within 28 days of receipts will be reimbursed.

Oh My Cream will offer you a refund on unopened items returned to us within 28 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. We will issue a refund (excluding delivery fees) within 14 business days of receipt.

If you have placed an order on Naturisimo.com, you will receive your order as usual. All communication regarding order dispatch and delivery will continue as normal.

All active subscriptions will continue to be dispatched as usual until 29th April 2025. Unfortunately, after this date, all active subscriptions will be cancelled, and you will receive an email confirmation regarding this change. No further payments will be taken from your account.
