CURRENT VACANCIES
Purchasing Assistant
Location: Windsor, SL3
Hours: Part-time (16 hours a week)
Status: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Process supplier orders promptly and accurately using our automated PO system
- Track, chase and stock supplier orders on a daily basis to ensure quick delivery
- Report any issues such missing, error or damaged items in supplier's orders
- Actively monitor stock and liaise with Shipping and Deliveries for any issues
- Assist Sales & Operations Manager when required in other areas such as shipping or fulfilment
Marketing Assistant
Location: Windsor, SL3
Hours: Part-time (16 hours a week)
Status: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Help monitor and maintain online search marketing campaigns
- Liaise with search marketing providers regarding any campaign issues
- Plan and research competitive marketing plans
- Assist with new online marketing campaigns
- Draft press releases and communicate with media partners
- Implement and develop social media marketing campaigns
- Assist in other areas of Naturisimo marketing strategy as needed
- Assist the Sales & Operations Manager when required
