What it is
Bare Biology Skinful Marine Collagen + Vitamin C Strawberry Flavour is made from purified hydrolysed collagen and 50mg of Vitamin C which play an essential role in both the structure and appearance of your skin. Around 70% of the skin's protein is collagen and in our 20s, we start to produce less of it which affects the appearance of our skin. The important amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline are the most prevalent in collagen peptides, making up 50 per cent of its total amino acid content - the same amount that’s in human skin.
