How to Use
Ideal as a pre/intra workout drink or when you need an energy boost. Add 10g (2 rounded teaspoons) to 300-400ml of cold water in your Innermost shaker and shake until dissolved. Adjust amount of water for desired level of sweetness. Shake between sips.
