Anatome Relax & Sleep Bath Salts feature luxurious, natural salts and organic botanicals to help calm the mind and relax the body in preparation for sleep. Enriched with organic sage, chamomile, lavender and blue cornflower petals, Relax + Sleep Himalayan Bath Salts are ideal for relaxing the body and mind and soothing aching, tired muscles. 
 
Key Ingredients
- Lavender is renowned for its sleep support properties and is also used to treat anxiety, depression, and skin conditions including acne and eczema.
- Rosemary possesses a number of health benefits, from antioxidants that help to boost the immune system, to cognitive stimulation helping to improve memory, alertness and focus. It is also used for its soothing aroma, which is thought to relieve stress and anxiety.
- English Peppermint has been used for its benefits to the skin, digestive system, relief of muscle pain, and antimicrobial properties.

How to Use

Pour a handful of Relax + Sleep Himalayan Bath Salts, along with a few drops of your favourite anatomē oil, into a warm bath and enjoy a restful soak for ten to 15 minutes.
