What it is
Anatome Recovery & Sleep Blue Chamomile Essential Oil is a blend of 22 essential oils proven to help you achieve uninterrupted nights of sleep. Its key ingredients of Roman and German Chamomile have calming properties and have been scientifically proven to help support a night of continual rest.
 
Key Ingredients
- German Chamomile has been carefully selected for its calming properties and support of restful, restorative sleep. It is rich in apigenin, a phytochemical that binds to the specific brain receptors that induce sleep and involve the GABA neurotransmitter. GABA enables the body and mind to relax and fall asleep, helping the brain to achieve full sleep cycles and making you sleep soundly throughout the night.

- Roman Chamomile is mainly composed of esters of angelic and tiglic acids. It has been used as a light sedative for centuries and as a medicine to treat nervous problems, headaches and other health disturbances.

 

How to Use

Use every night, at least 30 minutes before bed for maximum impact.

On the skin
Apply 2 drops on suggested key sensory points, massage into the skin and inhale with a few deep breaths. The diagram indicates the sensory points most relevant to this oil, and have been carefully chosen for maximum therapeutic benefits.

In a diffuser
1 full pipette into a diffuser.

In a bath
3-5 full pipettes into a warm bath.
