What it is
Anatome Balance & Restore Himalayan Bath Salts feature luxurious, natural salts and organic botanicals to help ground and centre the body and mind. Star anise, hibiscus, calendula and blue cornflower petals help to lift the mood whilst geranium, black spruce and sandalwood relax and restore emotional balance. 

Key Ingredients
- Geranium promotes balancing and grounding feelings. It also has been reported to help with scarring and skin health.
- Black Spruce Essential Oil is rich in monoterpenes that give this oil its anti-inflammatory and analgesic, mucolytic and respiratory therapeutic effects.
- St John's Wort, has an earthy, rich, herbal aroma. It is a herbal remedy that has been used for hundreds of years to treat mental health problems.
- Calendula oil’s skin benefits stem from its anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antibacterial properties, making it valuable in treating acne, eczema, dermatitis, and rashes.

How to Use
Pour a handful of Balance + Restore Himalayan Bath Salts, along with a few drops of your favourite Anatome oil, into a warm bath and enjoy a restful soak for ten to 15 minutes.
