Frustrated with the commercial business model and nursing a dream to build a company that can be a force for good, Naturisimo’s directors, Rob and Sophie Wills, have signed a Special Resolution to change Naturisimo’s Articles of Association to irrevocably commit one third of Naturisimo’s/our profits to charity - FOREVER. By signing our Articles of Association we are committing on our promise to you to give back.

We aren't the first company to redistribute a portion of our profits. But for Naturisimo it’s the size of the number that stands out. We don’t want to donate just 1%, or 5% or even 10%. But 33%. We want to slash the money we’re giving to Zuckerberg (yep, like most consumer businesses, we invest a lot of our sales back on marketing) and redistribute it to positive causes that actually mean something.

Re-Sisters is the name of the philanthropic programme we will launch to distribute our 33% of profits. We plan to allocate funds to spotlight champions in two causes close to our hearts. Stand by for exciting announcements on Re-Sisters.

For complete transparency, Naturisimo is not yet profitable. We hope to be in the near future, but rather than waiting, we are eager to share our Vision now. We have always wanted Naturisimo to be a force for good. Together with you, we can create that change. In the meantime, until we are profitable, we will be looking for other ways to support the causes that we care about through our Re-Sisters program.

We will issue regular reporting on how our funds are distributed and there will be the chance for our shareholders to vote on which charities we donate to within the parameters of our programme’s charter.
