BRAND RELATIONS COORDINATOR

• Location: Head Office, Slough SL1
• Hours: Full-time (9am-5:30pm)
• Team: Marketing
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with our brands
- Negotiate promotions and marketing plans to maximise brand success
- Manage promotions to deliver Marketing Plan
- Create sales reports to analyse promo performance
- Assist Marketing Manager in projects as required

• Requirements:
- Account management experience in a retail setting
- Ability to deliver promotional plans a timely manner
- Well organised, attention to detail and able to be a team player
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Available from October 2018


OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

• Location: Head Office, Slough SL1
• Hours: Full-time (8:30am-5pm)
• Team: Operations
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices for timely weekly payment
- Work with Purchasing team to chase outstanding supplier credits
- Assist with customer payments and fraud checks
- Cover as a Customer Service Advisor when needed
- Assist the Warehouse team when needed
- Provide assistance to the Operations manager

• Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience with minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
- Excellent IT skills,in particular excel
- Well organised, attention to detail and strong ability to be a team player
- Finance experience preferred but not essential
- Available from October 2018


DIGITAL ARTWORKER

For this role, you must be able to provide your creative portfolio as well as your CV and cover letter. In addition, you must be available for a trial as a part of the interview process.

• Location: Head Office, Slough SL1
• Hours: Full-time (9am-5:30pm)
• Team: Creative
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Produce digital visuals for our website (e.g. homepage, features, newsletters, etc)
- Assist with product photography and digital image editing
- Produce engaging short videos for our website and social media platforms
- Ensure all web projects are executed within a strict timeline
- Assist across the Creative Team where directed

• Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Good knowledge of DLSR cameras & studio lighting
- Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail with a creative eye
- Well organized and methodical in managing creative design files
- Available from October 2018


MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT

• Location: Head Office, Slough SL1
• Hours: Full-time (8:30am-5pm)
• Team: Buying
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Manage stock forecast and inventory
- Maintain accurate stock with regular stock checks
- Run buying & sales reports
- Provide regular cover for Purchasing role
- Assist with Buying & Product updates
- Provide assistance to Buyer & Logistics

• Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience in a retail setting
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Well organised, attention to detail and strong ability to be a team player
- Previous E-commerce merchandising experience a plus
- Available from October 2018


WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

• Location: Warehouse, Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8:00am-4:30pm)
• Team: Logistics
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Process customers orders daily ensuring they are packed safely and accurately
- Prepare orders timely for dispatch via the appropriate delivery process ensuring collection times and requirements are met
- Manage supplier orders ensuring any discrepancies or damages are reported timely
- Assist the Logistics team
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with any other tasks required

• Requirements:
- Well organized and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative to manage workload effectively
- Basic knowledge of beauty products
- Available from October 2018
