Naturisimo Warehouse

• Location: Head Office, Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8am-4:30pm)
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Assist customers promptly with any order issues (returns/faulty products) via email or by phone
- Deal with complaints and initiate escalation process where necessary
- Handle difficult issues or customers with care and professionalism
- Liaise with Logistics for any issues with customers orders
- Assist Finance Department with customers on security checks and other finance tasks
- Maintain our Customer Service system updated with attention to detail
- Assist the Operations Manager with any issues that may arise

• Requirements:
- Self-motivated, extremely organised and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills; typing speed of minimum 50 words per minute
- Positive attitude and willingness to serve; experience with online customer care systems
- Passion for wellness, clean beauty and conscious living a plus
- Available from July 2017


• Location: Head Office, Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8:30am-5:00pm)
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Assist with brand and product listings with accuracy and attention to detail
- Help create product and brand editorial content timely and effectively
- Assist Purchasing with placing orders and receiving stock
- Liaise with suppliers as and when required
- Run monthly sales, inventory or forecast reports; maintain regular stock checks
- Assist Buying Manager in contacting and sourcing suitable brands and products

• Requirements:
- Organised, self-motivated and attention to detail
- Good grammatical skills, Excel proficiency and fast typing (speed of minimum 45 words per minute)
- Able to work independently and prioritise tasks as needed
- Be willing to contribute ideas and work as part of a team
- Knowledge and interest in natural/organic products and wellbeing ideal
- Available from July 2017


• Location: Head Office, Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8:30am-5:00pm)
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices daily for orders that have been delivered
- Prepare Weekly Payment Proposals timely and accurately for Accounts
- Work closely with Purchasing to chase outstanding supplier credits
- Assist with customer payment and fraud checks
- Help Human Resources with holidays, payroll and health & safety matters
- Assist the Operations Manager on specific tasks or projects as required

• Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills in particular excel; typing speed of minimum 40 words per minute
- Strong administrative experience, well organized and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative to manage workload effectively
- Available from July 2017


• Location: Warehouse, Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8:30am-5pm)
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Process customers orders daily ensuring they are packed with care, safely and accurately
- Prepare orders timely for dispatch via the appropriate delivery process ensuring collection times and requirements are met
- Receive supplier orders, process them and stocking them following our Purchasing guidelines, ensuring any discrepancies or damages are reported timely
- Assist the Logistics team with Head Office requests and administrative tasks
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with any other tasks required

• Requirements:
- Well organized and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative to manage workload effectively
- Basic knowledge of beauty products
- Available from July 2017
