Naturisimo Warehouse

• Location: Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8:30am-5:00pm, flexible)
• Team: Buying
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Manage all POs placed with national and international suppliers on a daily basis.
- Resolve any PO issues or discrepancies with suppliers to ensure fast, accurate deliveries.
- Forecast stock accurately and manage inventory to maintain optimum stock levels.
- Work with finance to process invoices / credit notes timely and accurately.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Assist the Buying Manager on specific tasks or projects as required.

• Requirements:
- Previous experience in purchasing, stock management or online ecommerce systems is ideal.
- Familiar with purchasing, shipping, delivery and stocking processes.
- Excellent computer skills in particular excel.
- Strong administrative experience, well organized and high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative to manage workload effectively.
- Available from March 2020


• Location: Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8:30am-5:00pm, flexible)
• Team: Operations
• Status: Full Time, temporary (maternity leave cover until January 2021)

• Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10 people, define and monitor KPIs and build a strong and high-performance culture.
- Lead/support internal projects (e.g. IT improvements) and be responsible for delivering on goals.
- Review and approve the weekly supplier payments proposal.
- Deal with any Customer Service escalations, complaints or negative reviews.
- Oversee and make improvements to the logistics processes and the recruitment function.
- Organise calendar for shifts and weekend work during busy periods and assist during those periods.
- Implement processes and procedures and monitor the teams’ training/cover programme.
- Be Appointed Person for Health and Safety issues.

• Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of Operations and management experience leading teams.
- Ability to build deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Well organised, good multitasking abilities, and effective management of your own workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Available from March 2020


• Location: Warehouse, Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8:00am-4:30pm)
• Team: Logistics
• Status: Temporary (maternity cover ending June 2020)

• Responsibilities:
- Process customers orders daily ensuring they are packed safely and accurately
- Prepare dispatch via the correct delivery process ready for daily collection
- Manage supplier orders ensuring any discrepancies or damages are reported timely
- Assist the Logistics team in other related tasks

• Requirements:
- Well organized and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative to manage workload effectively
- Basic knowledge of beauty products
- Available from March 2020
