ASSISTANT BUYER

• Location: Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8:30am-5:00pm, flexible)
• Team: Buying
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Organising regular supplier strategy meetings with the Buyer. Preparing in depth sales analysis for these meetings.
- Liaising with suppliers on a weekly basis to review performance and drive actions accordingly.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Assisting the Buyer in sourcing, developing and selecting multiple product ranges.
- Working on strategic campaign planning with brands, focusing on metrics such as sampling, GWP, exclusive launches, bundling etc.
- Working closely with the Marketing team to plan and prioritize key launches in order to gain the best exposure for launch.

• Requirements:
- Experience of working with multiple beauty suppliers is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in order to build effective relationships with suppliers.
- Highly numerical and analytical as the role involves administration, analysis and interpretation of sales data.
- Able to demonstrate initiative, determination and a high level of attention to detail.
- 3-4 years buying experience.
- Available from December 2019


PRODUCT COORDINATOR

• Location: Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8:30am-5:00pm, flexible)
• Team: Buying
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Managing the NPD calendar and reviewing new product launches with the buyer each week.
- Writing a large amount of product listings and brand page content.
- Putting new products live on the site in accordance with official launch dates.
- Effectively managing a variety of updates to existing products.
- Setting up new brands on the site and coordinating their launch.
- Updating product pricing and maintaining correct product listings with up-to-date information on an ongoing basis.

• Requirements:
- An interest in beauty and lifestyle products with a basic understanding of clean beauty.
- Strong English skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in excel.
- Confidence managing different responsibilities at the same time.
- The ability to manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines. Strong organisational skills.
- Available from December 2019


WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

• Location: Warehouse, Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8:00am-4:30pm)
• Team: Logistics
• Status: Temporary (maternity cover ending June 2020)

• Responsibilities:
- Process customers orders daily ensuring they are packed safely and accurately
- Prepare dispatch via the correct delivery process ready for daily collection
- Manage supplier orders ensuring any discrepancies or damages are reported timely
- Assist the Logistics team in other related tasks

• Requirements:
- Well organized and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative to manage workload effectively
- Basic knowledge of beauty products
- Available from December 2019
