CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR

• Location: Head Office, Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8am-4:30pm)
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Assist customers promptly with any order issues (returns/faulty products) via email or by phone
- Deal with complaints and initiate escalation process where necessary
- Handle difficult issues or customers with care and professionalism
- Liaise with Logistics for any issues with customers orders
- Assist Finance Department with customers on security checks
- Use our order tracker and database systems
- Assist the Operations Manager when required, responding promptly and accurately

• Requirements:
- Computer skills; typing speed of minimum 50 words per minute
- Passion for wellness and natural & organic beauty
- Positive attitude and willingness to serve; experience with online customer care a plus
- Available from May 2017

PURCHASING ASSISTANT

• Location: Head Office, Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8am-4:30pm)
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Place orders with national and international suppliers on a daily basis
- Liaise with suppliers regarding deliver times and out of stock products
- Accurately stock incoming deliveries on our system
- Resolve issues regarding POs and deliveries and organise returns and/or credit notes
- Check and approving invoices and credit notes
- Assist the Operations Manager on specific tasks or projects as required

• Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills in particular excel; typing speed of minimum 45 words per minute
- Strong administrative experience, well organized and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative to manage workload effectively
- Available from May 2017

JUNIOR DIGITAL ARTWORKER

• Location: Head Office, Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8am-4:30pm)
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent graphics across all assets according to company style guide
- Post production of digital product images
- Produce visuals for homepage, features, newsletters, social media, etc
- Execute web projects are executed within the designated timeline
- Assist across the Creative Team where directed

• Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Photoshop; Adobe Suite: Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro would be an advantage
- Accuracy and attention to detail with a creative eye
- Well organised and meticulous about how to manage design files
- Photographic and video skills ideal; typing speed of around 40 words per minute preferable
- Available from May 2017

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

• Location: Warehouse, Slough
• Hours: Full-time (8:30am-5pm)
• Status: Permanent

• Responsibilities:
- Process customers orders daily ensuring they are packed with care, safely and accurately
- Prepare orders timely for dispatch via the appropriate delivery process ensuring collection times and requirements are met
- Receive supplier orders, process them and stocking them following our Purchasing guidelines, ensuring any discrepancies or damages are reported timely
- Assist the Logistics team with Head Office requests and administrative tasks
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with any other tasks required

• Requirements:
- Well organized and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative to manage workload effectively
- Basic knowledge of beauty products
- Available from May 2017
