KeepCup's mission is to empower people to reuse and inspire more environmentally conscious behaviour. Their pioneering reusable coffee cup has been awarded for its design and sustainability credentials and strives to provide a more premium drinking experience. Keepcup are certified members of 1% For The Planet and donate 1% of their revenue to reducing the systematic waste and consumption that is destroying ecosystems.
Designed in Melbourne and made in the UK, KeepCup began in a cafe in 2009 with one simple idea: 'keep it and use it again'. Where possible, KeepCup manufactures locally, building better communities and a more responsible supply chain. The KeepCup mission is to inspire the world to reduce and reuse by offering an innovative, fit-for-purpose, sustainable alternative to disposable cups, for better coffee on-the-go.
Each KeepCup is assembled by hand in London and all of the retail packaging is FSC certified and made from 100% recycled cardboard. Over the course of one year, using a KeepCup rather han disposable cups helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 92%. All components are made from simple, non-toxic BPA and BPS-free materials, which makes them easy to recycle.
