Quality mineral makeup
After being recommended to try this mineral makeup I am very pleased with the results. I have used another more reasonably priced one which I still love but there is something a little different about Inika. I was hesitant that it might be too pigmented for my very pale skin but was pleasantly surprised at how much coverage it gave me with very little product. I use the palest shade.
After reading the other reviews about poor coverage I think this is why it suits me as I don't like my skin to change colour with makeup, I just like to even out my tone without a change in colour. Surprisingly I don't find it looks cakey on me although I always spritz with my skin tonic after I have applied it.
The only thing as with all mineral makeup I have tried is the buffing! My arm aches as I never know when I have buffed enough. Another plus for Inkia is the higher SPF protection. I also find by buffing some of the illuminsor on top it helps to soften the colour tone & brighten my complexion. The pot will last me for ages

Brilliant coverage
I have been using this product for a couple of years now & I have actually had people comment on the good finish. I suffer from rosacea too and I find this foundation to be a Godsend! You can put as much or as little on as need be and it doesn't tend to have that powdery look you might expect. There is also a good range of colours to choose from. Top product!

Great product
I have eczema & rosacea so find liquids to wet and heavy and set powders to dry! This is the perfect balance for me. The coverage is fantastic, you can use more or less exactly where you need it and it covers the red areas of my skin perfectly. It's extremely light to wear and doesn't irritate at all as some heavier foundations do. Definitely recommended if you want to try a lighter product or if you have sensitive skin or red, patchy skin like me!

Natural coverage
I like how this powder foundation covers my skin. Unlike other foundation that tend to look heavy & thick, It feels very light and so the appearance. In my experience, it is not the same as finishing powder. To me, it does cover the skin perfectly as a foundation would do. Very natural.

Love this product
I have been using this mineral foundation for about 5 years. I tried other mineral foundations, but they still had ingredients in that my skin reacted to. It takes practice to apply it properly, but once you have got the hang of it with a kabuki brush it's great. Good coverage, long lasting & kind to skin. Both of my daughters now use it and love it.

Not great coverage
I have used powder mineral make up for a while but I am disappointed with this product. It doesn't give good coverage & it doesn't blend well, leaving my face quite powdery. As the other review says, it's useful as a finishing powder if wearing bb cream for example. I wouldn't buy this again and it it very over priced.

Brilliant as finishing powder
I don't like this as a foundation. It makes me look dry & a bit dull. It lacks the luminosity I look for. However as a finishing powder it is brilliant. It provides a satiny tanned veil to seal liquid foundation. It is also wonderfully waterproof which is great on holiday. The spf is a big bonus - no sun cream needed even in summer heat. If used this way it lasts a long time, but still, it is pricey.
